Dyson DC15 Animal Cyclone Upright Vacuum Review

!±8± Dyson DC15 Animal Cyclone Upright Vacuum Review

The Dyson DC15 Animal Cyclone Upright Vacuum is one of the most efficient hair removal machines on the market. The Dyson DC15 is preferred by many pet owners due to its Root Cyclone sucking technology which does not leave ANY pet hair behind and the original ball design, which offers easy maneuverability.

Even though Dyson DC15's primarily function is to remove pet hair, it also comes equipped with a lot of extra features that do a great job in helping you clean any furniture, hardwood floors and even ceilings.

It was designed to remove pet hair but you can successfully use it to clean furniture, hardwood floors and even the ceiling. The Dyson DC15 is probably the most efficient pet hair removal on the market

Dyson DC15 Ball Features Review

The DC15 Dyson vacuum cleaner is equipped with many useful features that have the purpose of assisting you with your day do day cleaning needs.

* The Root Cyclone is Dyson's number one feature when it comes to sucking power. This technology allows the system to keep the suction constant and it prevents clogging. You can read more about the Root Cyclone Technology here.

* The famous Dyson ball makes twisting and turning a piece of cake and hard to reach places are now easily cleaned

* The motorized brushes really work the carpet by extracting the hair found deep down the carpet. You can also clean delicate floors by turning these brushes off, to protect the surface

* The Telescope Reach wand has been developed to easily clean hard to reach areas and the ceiling. Combined with the 37 foot power cord, the wand can cover a surface area of 57 feet without losing any suction power.

* The guaranteed for life HEPA filter efficiently removes all the dust, particles and allergy mites up to.10 microns and the post-motor filter removes the carbon in the room (that horrible smell that almost all vacuum cleaners release).

* The canister offers a very convenient way to empty the dirt: just press a button and the waste is released. Remember that this collection barrel is bagless, so no messy bags to deal with!

* The cleaning bar adjusts itself for any carpet or floor, very low to the ground for an in-depth carpet cleaning or higher, for larger debris. The base is very thin, which allows you to get very close to the wall

* The Dyson DC15 also comes with special heads for cleaning furniture and hardwood floors.

Pros

The Dyson DC15 Animal Cyclone Upright Vacuum holds many advantages over its competitors. The cleaning is impeccable due to the Root Cyclone system and the HEPA filtration. Places that are hard to reach are not a problem anymore because of the Dyson-specific ball technology and the Telescope Reach. We also like the Dyson DC15 because of its ability to clean a variety of surfaces (carpet, hard wood, furniture etc...)

Cons

* One of the disadvantages of owning a Dyson DC15 is that it requires a learning curve. Because of the Dyson ball, maneuvering such a machine constitutes a new experience and it may take you some time to adapt.

* Some extra storage space is needed to keep the turbo and bare floor tools as there's no space in the vacuum attachments section for these two.

* We found that the DC15 does not perform very well on area rugs because the suction is not strong enough for such areas.

Conclusion

The Dyson DC15 Animal Cyclone Upright Vacuum makes the perfect pet hair removal system due to its state of the art technology, the Dyson ball and the Cyclone system. It's also a great vacuum for places that are hard to clean and for houses/apartments with a high ceiling.

10 Reasons Your Dyson Has Stopped Working

!±8± 10 Reasons Your Dyson Has Stopped Working

If your Dyson vacuum cleaner has stopped working, then this could be for a number of reasons.

Here are 10.

1. The filters may be blocked.  They can be washed, and need to be dried thoroughly before they can be put back on, so you might want to have a spare set of filters so that you can keep on cleaning.

2. A clogged brush bar will mean that your Dyson won't pick up dust from the carpet.  Make sure that it isn't blocked with anything, and that pet hair hasn't got stuck in it.  If it has, then you'll need to clear it.

3. A clogged hose might also be to blame.  Never try to vacuum up large objects, or objects that you know should be picked up manually.

4. A cracked hose can lead to a loss of power and suction.  By checking your hose regularly, you'll be able to see if there is any damage to the hose, before the damage gets serious.

5. If your Dyson keeps cutting out, then the power cable is likely to be cracked. It makes sense to replace the whole power cable, as it could deteriorate and become dangerous over time.

6. A burning smell coming from your vacuum cleaner is likely to be a motor problem.  Perhaps it's overheating, or there's a problem with the motor.  The motor is usually straightforward to replace, which will be cheaper than buying a new vacuum cleaner.

7. If the wheels are broken, then they might be affecting the control and performance of your Dyson.  By using your vacuum cleaner carefully, and not driving over large objects, you're likely to ensure that the wheels last longer.

8. If your vacuum cleaner falls over, or something lands on it, check to make sure that there is no obvious damage that could stop it fro, working.

9. It might just be that it needs servicing.  Like cars, vacuum cleaners will perform much better and consistently if they are looked after properly.  When was the last time your vacuum cleaner was serviced?

10. Perhaps you're not using your Dyson properly. You might be using it on the wrong surface, trying to pick up items that are too big, or not storing it adequately.

Now you know more about why your vacuum cleaner has stopped working, how will you fix your Dyson?
